Admissions Requirements and Proceedures
All applicants must visit the campus of intended enrollment to view its facilities. Applicants are required to complete a questionnaire and partake in an interview with an Admissions Representative prior to enrollment. Applicants are also required to meet with a representative from the Financial Aid Office. Final acceptance into Four-D College will be determined by the Admissions Department and/or designated Program Director.

Prior to acceptance into Four-D College all Admission Requirements listed here must be met:

  • Applicants must be at least seventeen (17) years of age. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) must have parental/guardian consent.
  • Applicants must complete an enrollment agreement (must be signed by a parent/guardian if the applicant is under 18 years of age).
  • Applicants who are high school graduates or the equivalent are eligible to enroll into all programs offered. Proof of a High School Diploma, GED or High School Transcript is required and must also take and pass a standardized entrance exam.
  • Applicants who are not high school graduates or the equivalent are not eligible to enroll into the Vocational Nursing Program. In addition, applicants must take and pass a proctored, Ability-to-Benefit (ATB) test to be considered for enrollment.
  • High School documentation from a country other than the United States must be translated and certified to be at least the equivalent of a United States high school diploma.
  • All applicants applying to Four-D College who have a felony or misdemeanor conviction should be aware that they may not meet the required licensure or certification requirements and may not be able to secure employment in their desired field. Applicants should consult program specific regulations.
  • All applicants are required to sign a Statement of General Health.
